Philadelphia, PA - October 17, 2007 - On January 1, 2008, USI Colburn Insurance Service and Future Planning Associates, Inc. will officially change their names to USI Affinity. This latest change is the final in a series of transitions designed to help these companies unify and consolidate their brand under USI Affinity. "While the names are changing, our commitment to association clients and their members remains unchanged," commented Doug Kreitzberg, CEO of USI Affinity about the announcement. "Our clients and their customers will continue to benefit from smooth, seamless access to one of the largest and most diverse portfolios of superior insurance, financial, and risk management products available."
The company also pledges that products will continue to be delivered with the highest level of service, just as associations and members have come to expect from these two organizations. "We will continue to be a single source of cost-effective insurance products, benefits administration, risk management, benefits consulting, and financial services," continued Mr. Kreitzberg. In an effort to communicate the name change in a consistent manner, the organizations created and executed a comprehensive plan that includes letters, bill inserts, Website homepage announcements, e-mail signatures, phone "on hold" messaging, webinars, and town hall meetings.
The new Website, www.usiaffinity.com, will be effective January 1 and will contain more user-friendly features and a new design. Familiar information and features, such as Affinity Access, will be maintained.
